Alongside asset recovery and enforcement work, Sebastian specialises in gathering and analysing evidence in support of fraud proceedings — tracing how complex schemes are structured and executed, identifying additional victims or witnesses, and supporting the formulation of effective recovery strategies. His work often draws on his extensive global network to advance and protect his clients’ interests.
Over time, he has built substantial experience working on contentious matters originating from Ukraine, Russia, and other parts of the former Soviet Union. Beyond this regional focus, Sebastian has worked on a wide range of asset recovery mandates involving private, commercial, and sovereign debtors across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
For the past six years, Sebastian has worked closely with Ashley, contributing to numerous high-profile investigations and recovery efforts.
